The Counter-Seasonal Advantage

Fresh when theirs is old.

The global olive oil market is dominated by Spain and Italy — but their harvest runs October to December. By March, their "fresh" oil is already 5–6 months old.

Our harvest is May to July. We bottle in August. When you receive our oil in September, it is 6–8 weeks old — richer in polyphenols, lower in acidity and more vibrant on the palate.

For premium HORECA clients, retailers and health-conscious consumers in the Northern Hemisphere, that freshness is the selling point — and it carries your label.

Olive Oil Profiles

Choose your blend identity.

Four profiles for private label EVOO — from delicate and versatile to intense and high in polyphenols.

Arauco: Argentina's signature olive variety

Argentina's only native olive variety — considered the Malbec of olive oils. It gives our Mendoza Blend an origin story no Spanish or Italian oil can copy.

Mendoza Blend

Balanced · Elegant · Commercial

Our signature blend: 60% Arbequina for smoothness and fruity elegance, 20% Coratina for polyphenol intensity and spice, 20% Arauco for the unmistakable Argentine character. Approachable enough for mainstream retail, complex enough for premium positioning — our most popular private label profile for the USA and European markets.

Arauco

Autochthonous · Bold · Argentina's signature

Argentina's only native olive variety. The fruit is large, oval and pointed, with an excellent pulp-to-pit ratio and outstanding flavour, texture, colour and aroma. Arauco oils are potent in bitterness and spice, deeply fruity, with intense vegetal and mineral aromas — always used in blends with softer varieties like Arbequina or Manzanilla.

Arbequina

Delicate · Fruity · Versatile

Originally from Catalonia, Arbequina produces a small, spherical fruit with exceptional sensory quality. The oil is smooth, fluid and extraordinarily fragrant — white-fruit aromas, very low bitterness and mild spice. In Argentina it reaches excellence, with high oleic acid and phenol content, complexity and elegance.

Coratina

Intense · Potent · High polyphenols

An Italian variety from Puglia. With its extremely high polyphenol content, Coratina is mostly used to enrich blends — the classic 20% cut with Arbequina. Large fruit, a potent, intensely bitter and spicy oil, with vegetal and spiced aromas that hold up even in late harvests.
